  • This is art that’s alive-literally. Mycelium (the root structure of fungi) is a naturally sustainable material you’ll mold, sculpt and guide into shape. It’s earthy tactile and that encourages mindfulness, curiosity and a connection to nature while engaging the senses through texture and form.

Paint Pour

Colour. Motion. Expression. 

  • Forget the brush. Here, gravity and instinct do the work through fluid acrylics to create abstract compositions through controlled pouring techniques. Watch paint swirls across and slide across surfaces to create bold, abstract pieces that are never the same twice. Each piece unique and the process allows for expression, visual exploration and sensory engagement in a structured but open-ended format.

Woodshop Creations

Craft something with purpose-by hand. Build, Restore, Customize.

  • Participants are guided through woodworking projects that may include creating small functional items, restoring existing pieces or designing original work. Sessions emphasize safety, confidence building and hands-on problem solving. We provide the tools, the space and support- you bring the vision 

Great for: those interested in hands-on building, practical creativity or skill development 

Projects may include: furniture refinishing, small item construction, wood décor

Hand Drumming

Feel it. Play it. Repeat. 

Drumming sessions incorporate rhythm-based exploration using a variety of percussion instruments. Whether engaging individually or within a small group, participants experience structured sound play, emotional expression and sensory feedback through rhythm. These sessions are rhythmic and feeling-no music skills needed, just a heartbeat and a sense of fun. 

Instruments: frame drums, bongos, shakers and sound bowls

A warm, collaborative kitchen experience where meals are made with care—and shared with purpose. In this small group setting, participants come together to prepare food to be served to others in the community. You'll learn practical cooking skills, enjoy meaningful conversations, and take part in something bigger than a meal. It’s a chance to connect, contribute, and cook with intention.

Perfect for: those who enjoy working with others, building community, and giving back through food

Activities include: preparing meals, batch cooking, learning efficient kitchen techniques, recipe collaboration

Soap Making
